1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent. By using ArenaHQ, you affirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Terms

One account per person. You are responsible for all activity on your account. ELO manipulation, account sharing, or impersonation will result in permanent ban.

4. Match Rules

• You must be the person coding. No AI assistance, no proxies, no third-party help. • Camera + microphone mandatory in Online Battle and Job Tournaments. • Tab switching is logged and audited. Excessive switching = disqualification. • Intentional disconnection = forfeit. • Code submissions must be your original work or properly attributed open-source.

5. Job Tournament Terms (Players)

• Winning guarantees recruiter contact within 14 days — not a job offer. • You are never obligated to accept any offer. • Your code remains your intellectual property. • Camera footage is peer-to-peer only, not stored on servers. • Disputes: Email vibeinteams@gmail.com within 48 hours.

6. Job Tournament Terms (Recruiters)

• Job listing must be for a real, currently open position. • Contact winner within 14 days or face 30-day suspension. • Player data never shared with third parties. • Full recruiter agreement required before tournament creation.

7. Intellectual Property

• ArenaHQ platform & design owned by Vibein. • Your code submissions are your property. • You grant Vibein limited license to display submissions in replays and profiles. • Questions and problem sets created by Vibein remain our property.

8. Privacy & Data

• We collect: email, username, match history, ELO, code submissions. • We do not sell your data. • Camera feeds are WebRTC peer-to-peer, never stored. • Account deletion: Email vibeinteams@gmail.com — processed within 30 days. • Full privacy policy available on request.

9. Termination

Accounts will be terminated for: • Confirmed cheating or collusion • ELO manipulation • Harassment or abuse • Fake job postings (recruiters) • Violation of these terms

10. Disclaimers

• ArenaHQ does not guarantee employment outcomes. • ELO is a performance indicator, not a professional certification. • Vibein is not a staffing agency. • Code security is end-to-end peer-to-peer; Vibein assumes no liability for data breaches in player code.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes: 30-day email notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.
